She Flows
Yoga for Women's Well-Being
Welcome to a Yoga space designed to honor the cyclical nature of women’s bodies.
Menstrual cycles affect almost every functional system in a woman's body - from digestion to mood, to energy levels and flexibility that ebbs and flows as we move through the different phases of the cycle.
Most fitness spaces overlook the hormonal shifts and energy changes that naturally occur throughout a woman's cycle which leads to disconnection from the body and that is why I created SHE FLOWS.
Rooted in feminine wisdom, our classes support menstrual health, hormonal balance, and emotional well-being through mindful movement that strengthens the body and specifically pelvic floor, breathwork that supports core strengthening as well as functioning, and self-care rituals that help the nervous system feel safe.
These classes incorporate mindful flows that prioritize feeling and connection over achieving the perfect pose, helping you develop a deeper understanding of your body.

What Does Women's Health Yoga Include?
Cycle Awareness & Womb Connection
Powering the Pelvic Floor
Meditations to Restore Balance
Nurturing Self-Care
Incorporating cycle awareness is a loving way to honor your body’s needs as you move through its natural phases.
By connecting with these rhythms, you can ease PMS symptoms like cramps, cravings, mood swings, and anxiety, while also nurturing the energy of your flow.
This practice empowers you to flow through life with more vitality, balance, and a deeper sense of harmony within yourself.
A strong and healthy pelvic floor is vital for a woman’s physical well-being, confidence, and quality of life, yet issues like urinary incontinence or weakened pelvic floor become increasingly common with age whether you give birth or not.
Studies show that 32% of women report incontinence one year postpartum, rising to 45% after 5–7 years, while 30–45% of women aged 55 and above experience it due to aging-related pelvic floor weakening.
Using targeted poses and breathwork, we strengthen the pelvic floor for lifelong health.
Women often navigate high levels of stress, balancing multiple responsibilities and carrying the invisible labor and mental load of daily life. This constant pressure can deeply impact the body, as women are particularly sensitive to stress.
Chronic stress disrupts hormonal balance, affecting both physical and emotional well-being.
Through meditation techniques, we help calm the nervous system, enhance mindfulness, and release tension, creating space for balance, clarity, and inner peace.
Women often put themselves last, pushing self-care aside when the to-do list feels endless. Yet, even five minutes of intentional self-care can remind us to pause, listen, and give ourselves what we need to refill our cups.
Here, we incorporate meaningful self-care practices that nurture both body and soul, offering the tender love we deserve and empowering us to show up for life with strength and grace.
