My Story
From 12 years in corporate to
creating a new way for women to lead.
For over a decade, I built my career in high-pressure corporate spaces. Striving to be seen, valued, and heard in systems that were never truly designed for women’s voices. On the outside, I looked confident and accomplished. But inside, I often felt disconnected from my own power.
I stayed loyal to workplaces that couldn’t see my full potential until I realized something life-changing, it was never their job to. That realization led me to study women’s health, embodiment, and leadership through a psycho-spiritual lens, blending the professional and the personal, the mind and the body.

Lasting change doesn’t come from effort, it comes from awareness. Of our thoughts, our bodies, and what they’ve been trying to tell us all along.
In my work, I bridge the worlds I’ve lived in; corporate structure and feminine wisdom. I use practical leadership tools, communication frameworks, and somatic awareness practices to help women rebuild self-trust from the inside out.
