I’m a women’s Mindset & Leadership Coach, dedicated to creating safe spaces where women can show up as their truest selves. My own journey of nearly a decade of healing and transformation began when I was able to embrace the strengths and shadows rooted in my feminine energy.
Deep transformation can occur when women are seen, heard, and understood in their most authentic and raw form. I'm here to empower women to take charge of their own lives, moving from a mindset of being a victim of circumstances to becoming leaders of themselves and others, guided by courage, compassion, and clarity.
I spent over a decade in the corporate world, performing, proving, pushing, constantly feeling like there was more to me. For years, I stayed loyal to a company with a toxic work culture that couldn’t see my full potential. But eventually, I realized something life-changing: that was MY job.
Most people can’t see your highest potential if they haven’t met their own.
So I chose a different path, one that gave me autonomy, freedom and control over my own creative expression.
I trusted myself.
I believed in my bigger vision.
And the result was the birth of my company.
Today, I guide ambitious, heart-led women, especially those navigating the pressure and politics of corporate life, to lead from truth, not performance. Through a psycho-spiritual blend of emotional healing, intuitive connection with the body, and conscious leadership tools, I help women detox the “good girl” conditioning that keeps them over-giving, under-earning, and stuck in self-doubt.
Out of my own lived experience, research, women's health studies and spirituality, I created the SEED Circle framework, a coaching container designed to help women reclaim their inner authority, emotional clarity, embodied confidence, and soul-aligned purpose.
While I work with women across all walks of life, my mission is especially focused on women in the corporate world because that’s where culture change begins. When women rise, workplaces shift. And when workplaces shift, the world changes.
Research shows ensuring the full participation of women in the economy would add $150 billion to Canada’s GDP.
And I believe that starts with women leading from their wisdom, not their wounds.
Women Are Conditioned to be 'Good Girls' But Good Girls Don't Make Good Leaders
