The world wasn’t built for women’s success,
that’s where this work begins.
We’ve been taught to lead by effort, to strive, prove, and outperform.
But the deeper truth is this: most models of success were built without women’s bodies, rhythms, or ways of knowing in mind.
This work invites you to reconnect, to redefine success through self-trust and embodied leadership that honours your voice, values, and rhythm.

For women who’ve
outgrown old definitions
of success.

You're in transition (career shift, new leadership role, postpartum) and you need to rebuild trust in yourself
You've tried other approaches to get where you want to go through courses, frameworks, hustling harder but nothing created lasting change
You're tired of the performance: proving, producing, perfecting. You're ready to lead from presence instead of pressure.
You've been leading from your head for so long that you've lost touch with your body's signals—the tension, the exhaustion, the gut knowing you've learned to override
You want to develop embodied leadership: decision-making rooted in self-trust, communication that doesn't require over-explaining, boundaries that feel natural instead of confrontational
Who this is not for
❌ If you're unwilling to reflect, adapt or make changes
❌ If you're looking for a self-paced, do-it-yourself course
❌ If you're looking for quick fixes or passive self-learning
❌ If you're unwilling to step outside your comfort zone
❌ If you're unwilling to take action and apply what we uncover in our sessions

Why do the inner work?

Because external success built on internal depletion isn't sustainable.
You can achieve everything and still feel empty. The inner work creates alignment, not just achievement.

Because your patterns are running the show.
The way you lead and communicate is shaped by deep patterns. Until you bring awareness to them, you'll keep hitting the same walls.

Because your body holds the answers your mind keeps overriding.
That tension, that exhaustion, that gut feeling you ignore—these aren't problems to fix. They're signals to listen to.

Because you can't think your way into new ways of being.
Lasting change happens when you work with your whole system—nervous system, body wisdom, emotional patterns—not just your intellect.

The Transformation
It’s leadership that starts within and ripples outward.
In our sessions, we look at what’s no longer serving you, untangle old patterns of pressure and perfectionism, and practice new ways of responding through embodied clarity.
Over time, you’ll notice your relationship with leadership changing:
You stop second-guessing yourself in meetings and conversations.
You set boundaries without the guilt spiral that usually follows.
Difficult moments feel grounded instead of overwhelming.
Your communication becomes clearer, without over-explaining or softening.

Questions you might have
While my practice specializes in women's leadership and women's health, I'm open to working with men who are drawn to this approach. Embodied leadership—learning to lead from presence, intuition, and self-trust rather than performance and pressure—is universal. If you're a man interested in exploring this work, reach out and let's have a conversation about whether it's the right fit.
Most leadership development focuses on external skills—communication techniques, management frameworks, productivity hacks. This work starts from the inside. We look at the patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses that shape how you show up. The result isn't just better skills—it's a different relationship with leadership itself.
That's completely normal. If you're curious but not ready to commit, consider attending one of my corporate workshops or reaching out for an exploratory conversation. There's no pressure—just an opportunity to see if this work resonates.
The 1:1 coaching experience is a 3-month structured container. This gives us enough time to uncover patterns, practice new ways of being, and integrate the shifts into your daily life. Some clients choose to extend beyond three months, but we'll assess that together as we go.
Once you submit your application, I'll review it personally and reach out to continue the conversation. We'll explore what's bringing you to this work and whether coaching together feels like the right fit. There's no obligation—it's simply a chance to connect and see if we're aligned.
The 3-month container is designed to give us enough time for real transformation, but life happens. If you have travel or scheduling conflicts, we can work around them—sessions can be paused or rescheduled as needed. What matters most is your commitment to the process, not perfect attendance. If you're unsure whether the timing works, let's talk about it during our exploratory conversation.
Yes. Because this work goes deep and requires commitment from both of us, I want to make sure it's truly the right fit. After our first 5 sessions together (approximately 5 weeks), if you feel this container isn't serving you, you can let me know and I'll refund the remaining sessions. This gives us enough time to move beyond the surface and see if the work is resonating, while honouring your investment and trust in the process.
I primarily offer a 3-month container, which gives us the time needed for deep, lasting transformation. However, I also offer a 6-week introductory package for those who want to ease into the work and experience it before committing to the full container. Many clients who start with 6 weeks choose to extend into the full 3-month experience once they begin to feel the shifts taking root.
This is coaching, not therapy. Therapy heals past wounds with a licensed professional. Coaching focuses on who you're becoming and the patterns you're ready to shift now.
My approach does work with the body and nervous system—where lasting change happens—so it goes deeper than traditional coaching. If you're in therapy, this work complements it beautifully.
You don't need any experience. What matters is your willingness to be curious and explore new ways of being. I'll meet you where you are. If "embodiment" feels foreign, we start with simple practices. If leadership feels intimidating, we explore what it actually means to you. The work is accessible and transformative.
We meet 3 times per month for 60 minute sessions.
Between sessions, there's optional integration work: short somatic practices (5-10 min), journaling prompts, or small experiments in your daily life. Most clients spend 15-30 minutes, 2-3 times per week, but it's flexible.
The work is designed to fit your life, not add pressure to it.
